And it's over.. you guessed it, TV time!!

Looks like there's already some major cattiness going down on the set of NBC's new reality based show "Fashion Star".

Nicole Richie and Jessica Simpson - both of which are on the show as "celebrity mentors" because of their independent successes in the fashion industry aren't getting along with each other on set... to say the least.

According to a source on set, the two have minimized their interactions to the point of only when it's "absolutely necessary".  The source adds that the two ladies have "wildly different opinions about style".  Additionally, Nicole apparently doesn't think that Jessica has a "high fashion eye" and "makes rude comments" about Jessica's outfits constantly.

As for Jessica, she's taking the "I'm better than you" approach with Nicole, ignoring the taunts and telling cast members that she "absolutely does not care at all about what Nicole thinks about anything".

Yikes!

If it gets physical, I've got my loot on Jessica... She's gotta weight at least 3 times what Nicole does.

I'm just saying!!
