Sources say Rob's work ethic is slim… limiting his practice sessions to a mere two hours a day!

Rob Kardashian has made it no secret that he's very nervous about competing on 'Dancing With The Stars' and that he REALLY wants to win… but apparently with Rob, words and proactive actions are light years apart.

Robert has apparently cancelled dancing practice with his partner Cheryl Burke numerous times already… and when he does actually show up, he limits their practice sessions to a mere two hours a day… while all of the other contestants are said to be spending AT LEAST five hours daily getting their routines down!

And on top of it, the kid seems to be a bit delusional because word from the Kardashian household is that he's constantly taunting his sister, Kim, who didn't make it past the third week on the show, claiming that he'll easily beat her record.

Which leads us to wonder… does this kid even know what a work ethic is?

I'm calling it.  Rob Kardashian/Cheryl Burke = eliminated after the first round!
