Now that the litigation is over with Oksana, Mel can say whatever he wants about her... and he's wasting no time!!

As you may recall, Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva FINALLY ended their long standing child custody case (and hopefully the public circus as well) late last week.

Now that it's all over, Mel doesn't have to worry about anything he says being used against him by Oksana's lawyers... and with that said, he's already taken a couple jabs at none other than her FAILED music career.

You may recall that Mel actually invested a substantial amount of money into Oksana's music... only for it to sit on their home shelves as her career pretty much went nowhere.

Mel paid to produce Oksana's album,an entire production studio in their home, and even had a music video made for her.

Nowadays?  He's not so enthusiastic about her pop star dreams, telling friends (knowing that they'd tell the press) that her music was "absolutely horrible" and he's "embarrassed that he even got involved in promoting that garbage".

Hate to say it but her recording of his productions (via phone and a man in desperate need of a bl*wjob) didn't make him look very good either.

It's a safe bet to say that their relationship made permanent asses of them for the rest of their lives!
